TOM WISHON CLF Series Putters Models 1 & 2
Features:
- Both CLF Series putter models feature interchangeable loft faces in 2°, 4° and 6° lofts, eliminating having to bend the hosel or shaft to custom fit loft - an alteration that prevents a putter from sitting flat on its sole and square to the target.
- The CLF model 1 toe/heel design putter is fully CNC-machined from 1025 carbon steel with a striking gunmetal impregnated finish.
- CLF Series Model 2 putter heads are designed to offer a more rear located Center of Gravity for higher Moment of Inertia (MOI), as well as custom headweighting options for the golfer from 325g to 395g using separate 14 gram tungsten weights.
- The CLF Series Model 2 putter is CNC-machined from true billet forged 6061 aluminum, a high-cost aluminum alloy that delivers a higher surface durability than other aluminum alloys, yet still has the softness aluminum is known for to ensure a soft feel at impact. It is beautifully finished by black anodizing.
- The 90° bore on model 2 requires a double-bend putter shaft (standard or belly length), while the classic heel-toe shape and 17.5° bore of model 1 will take a straight putter shaft.
The alignment line on the topline completes the design.

...and watch his 4 short videos concerning custom fit golf clubs. And copy and paste this link to view my blog: http://bobsailergolf.blogspot.com/
I know I can custom build you a much better fitting, more consistant set of clubs then what you could buy preassembled to one set of standard specifications off the rack. But if image is important to you and your plan is to somehow "intimidate" your opposition on the 1st tee with your over-marketed set of clubs assembled by some dude in China, then that is your choice. But Ask Yourself: Are all golfers the same size, the same strength, posess the same athletic ability, or have the same swing speed and tempo? If you have ever observed golfers on a driving range, you know the answer is NO! Because we are all unique with our swing moves, preassembled clubs built to standard specs (regarding length, lie, loft, total weight, swing weight/MOI, wood face angle, shaft flex, shaft weight, shaft bend profile, grip size, set make-up, etc) will very likely not allow us to play our best golf. You see, in other sports where we hit a ball with a stick, like tennis or baseball, only 1 stick is needed. Therefore, it is very easy and an absolute must for these manufacturers to cutomize these sticks to the different size, strength, and athletic abilities of their consumers. Because you need 14 sticks in golf, they can't be offered in a vast selection of different lengths, lies, weights, shafts, grip sizes, etc, because the mass production assembly line couldn't handle these demands, not to mention the huge inventory needed and resulting inventory nightmare for the store selling them, and the knowledgeable staff needed to properly fit and build them from scratch for each individual customer. BEFORE you get misled by a $50 million per year marketing campaign, allow me to give you a free, 15 minute, no obligation, clubfitting demonstration before you decide where to buy...at the very least you will learn a few things. All your shafts will be SPINE ALIGNED and FREQUENCY MATCHED to exact flex values to FIT YOUR SWING...No big-name golf club company that you see on TV offers this shaft service to the general public. SEE my FAQ's #22 and #23 regarding MOI MATCHING and TRUE LENGTH TECHNOLOGY and #27 regarding what you should know about driver head design.
